Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because many of our offerings are health & aesthetic services and/or customized products, we maintain a firm but fair cancellation and refund policy.

1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders that have not yet been processed may be cancelled by contacting us immediately at aestheticbluecoreinfo@gmail.com.
  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Treatment bookings are final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Exceptions only apply in extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of management.

2 Refund Eligibility

  • Treatment packages and digital bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Refunds may be issued in limited circumstances such as duplicate charges, authorized cancellations before processing, or proven technical/payment errors.

3 Refund Process & Timeline

If a refund is approved, we will:

  • Initiate the refund to the original mode of payment used for purchase.
  • Process the refund within 7–10 business days. The time it takes to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider / bank.

4 Service Exchange / Rescheduling

  • We may permit exchanging a booked treatment for another service of equal or lesser value subject to management approval and availability.
  • Rescheduling of appointments should be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled slot; late rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.
Note: All refunds are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. Bluecore Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
