Bluecore Aesthetic aims to provide reliable and transparent shipping for product orders. This section covers order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, delivery exceptions, and international shipments.

1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation and successful payment, unless specified otherwise at checkout.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Delivery depends on the shipping destination and courier partner availability. Typical timelines (domestic – India):

4 Shipping Charges & Duties

  • Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
  • For international orders (if and when enabled), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

5 Delivery Exceptions & Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, courier network failures, roadblocks, pandemics, local lockdowns, or force majeure events.
  • If a package is marked delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at aestheticbluecoreinfo@gmail.com with your order number and tracking ID.
